Well I can only speak from personal experience but I bought my T500 off him and he couldn't have been more helpful? He let me use the toilet, helped me load the bike in the van and then made me a cup of tea while we chatted for a good 30mins before I left for home? I've always found if you treat people the way you expect to be treated they respond in kind.
