Engine gasket sets

Post by klektermaniac »

Hello All,
I will have my crankshaft etc back soon so will be ready for engine re-assembly.
What engine gasket and seal sets do people out there use? The genuine Suzuki cylinder head gasket alone is pushing £90, but you can get complete sets off the internet/ebay for less than this money. Are these non genuine one OK for the job, or should I be spending my money on genuine sets?

Aftermarket sets are fine. I have used them from Athena and Cruizin image and no problems so far. For head gaskets I always use Cometic in Ohio, but if you don't ride too hard, any head gasket will work.
