I would to as well especially with dual discs and a fair amount of hoses. Take your time and look around for an older 5/8s one, as they are not NEW the prices tend to drop dramatically. If you get one for a Bandit from 06 on you will need the clamp as those models have no mirror post. The Vstroms used the same clamp with mirror post on both sides of the controls. The level eyes are available on Ebay in Hong Kong for about a quid as they get cracked from age or just look ugly and need to be replaced.

I decided to buy a brand new Vstrom master cylinder assembly as it was on special offer at £95 which wouldn't be much more than buying a used one and buying new internals. I haven't fitted it yet but it looks nice!
