Timing lights ...

Post by Steve72J »

Got the carbs done, the tune up is finished, and timing seems good. Starts with a click and idles good. Able to get the choke off hitting 3rd gear.

I would like to use a timing light to record my settings now. Be nice to occasionally check the timing without having to go through the whole dial gauge procedure. Anybody do this ?

I use a timing light once I’ve confirmed the accuracy or lack of  the timing marks mr Suzuki made using my dti.

A quote from my old dad 8-)
