Keyster kits have a bad reputation. It's really up to you but you can rely on the Mikuni ones. There have been many posts with problems in carbs which turned out to be Keyster jets related. It doesn't matter how far you are going on the bike if the carbs are not right it won't be much fun!
As I said it's up to you it's your bike :D

+1 on what Barney said about Keyster. Had some experience with Keyster and their customer services department was not that helpful. Stick with Mikuni genuine parts if you can.

Suzuki fitted Mikuni carbs, not Keyster.
Easy to work out what to fit later really.
