Stuck Sris Valves
Anyone any tips on how to get old sris valves out. Barrels are off, they're being replaced so not bothered about chewing them up, just don't want to snap them in.

I think you will find they are screw in as push fit was only used on 'J' engines. If they wont budge with socket maybe gentle heat from blowtorch to crack the seal.

The spigots on the barrels or the actual valves in the cases ? The spigots are a push in, and on the B the valves are threaded as barny01 says.apwrigs wrote:Anyone any tips on how to get old sris valves out.
