Hello All,
Hope you are keeping busy in these difficult times.
I am looking for a new battery for my 750J - any makes recommended and any to avoid?
They all appear good on the net but I am sure some are not too clever, and I would sooner pay a bit more once and get it right.
Keep safe,
RogerH.

Re: Battery
I’m using Motobat batteries on my two and can recommend them highly. Bags of power and no danger of acid spills damaging your chrome. The only downside I can see is if you don’t use the bike regularly you will need to invest in an optimiser as you will kill it if it goes flat.
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

Re: Battery
+1 with Paul, I was fed up with Yuasa lead acid batteries letting me down after 2/3 years, so I went for a Motobatt about five years ago and it's never missed a beat.
Bought a Motobatt trickle charger at the same time and keep that connected whenever the bikes not being used.
Cost then off ebay was £54 and £19.

Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".
