neutral llight goes dim
ok just noticed my neutral light goes dim when I tuen the kill switch on and bright when I turn it off is it supposed to do that I don't remember it doing?

Its because when you throw the switch it turns the coils on. Hence the power drain

If you put the bike in gear before you turn the ignition on, you won't notice it at all.

Actually I think it was going very dim because the alternator wires had slipped out of the clip and melted seems to have shorted out not sure what else its wiped out yet besides the battery
