Dunno about the T500 in particular, but pillion footrests on the swinging arm are a real pain for the passenger after a few miles. For comfort, they are better frame mounted. Far less tiring on the legs.

I just added the 1973/1974 GT250 parts manual for North American models. The direct link is:

http://www.oldjapanesebikes.com/mraxl_G ... index.html

Also corrected a small error in the RE5 parts manual - I was missing one page of the Metering Pump parts listings detail.

Enjoy ! Image

For those keeping score - I have recently added:

- the 1962 T10 service manual at this link (and later 1964? supplement). Interesting for its rear expanding shoe hydraulic brake.
- the 1965 T20 service manual at this link

and the

- the 1969 T250/T350 Service manual at this link

Enjoy !

Thanks Mike - I check in and see what KC folks are up to on a regular basis, but now that a bit of good weather has finally arrived in our parts, I have to make the most it :-)

Ian,
I've never even seen a T305 but just enjoyed a read through the manual (just in case :-))
Thanks for uploading this piece of history.
Cheers,
Mike

I recently added the K10/K11 service manual to the site - the direct link is:

http://www.oldjapanesebikes.com/mraxl_G ... index.html

I also updated, expanded and re-organised the service bulletin area to try and make it easier to use - feedback is appreciated. The direct link is:

I've just added two sections to the Suzuki T/GT Resources web site:
  • All the Country/Region specific parts pages are here
And of course you access them via the drop down menu listing that you see when you click on 'Parts Manuals' located on this page:

It has been a while since I did an update - I actually have heaps of new material waiting to be put up, but for the moment perhaps those of us having thick eye glasses and using pocket protectors will find this new section on 'Suzuki Dating Codes' useful ! :D

Enjoy ! 8-)
