GT750A inner sprocket cover question

Post by EvansWard »

Here’s a quick and easy question for the GT750A gurus- re: the larger of the 2 inner sprocket cover, did the 76 GT750A come original with the shift pattern embossed on the cover or not? Thanks in advance! :)

The embossed gear change pattern was standard on the A model UK kettle, not sure about all models because I think Ii've seen J's and K's with the pattern and without. Could be imports though or could be mix and match.
Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" :x they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

I think the cover changed to accomodate the gear indicator switch on later models, more clearance
Cheers.
