getting pi$$ed off with this now ...

Post by redliner »

Another weekend; yet another cold, wet, miserable, dank, depressing ... :( Same in your area?

If it wasn't for the fact that I cherish my old bikes, I'd wheel one of 'em out, go for a ride and bowlocks to the weather and the puddles and the potholes and the mud and the salt!

Sometimes I think to myself its not such a good thing to be a fair weather rider after all ... roll on those sunny dry days of Springtime - one can but dream!

Yup same her in NW England  I’ve spent the few weeks I’ve owned my Katana fettling and polishing her but due to the weather I have only managed a 1hr ride in all that time. I HAD to take her for the mot test yesterday and while it didn’t actually rain while I was out she come back looking like she had been dragged out of a swamp with the filthy roads :?
I just gave her a quick hose down to wash the worse off and put her in the garage until I can clean her up properly again.
Oh yes, she passed the mot with flying colours 8-)
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!
A quote from my old dad 8-)
