Does anyone know what the max flow rate of the water pump is on the 750?

I don’t think it’s something Suzuki ever published, if you are on Facebook post a question on the GT750 forum, there are a few guys there that drag race Kettles. They may have some idea although most either run with just barrels full of water, no rad etc or some run with electric pumps.

How about this,American Road Test back in the Day...16.2 American Gallons per minute at 6,000RPM,impressive, compares with a lot of cars of the same era
