Oh, as well as the T200 stuff (posted elsewhere on here) and the Earwig stuff (posted elsewhere on here), there was the hippo battery that had discharged to 9.summat volts. This was due to the tomtom pluggy in thing going titsup and discharging the battery. Fortunately the new lead/acid battery responded to the battery conditioner after the ttpit was disconnected and thrown a long way away. (It may be recovered and 'looked at' soon.)
Also arranged for the local bike mot man to come and fetch the GSX1400 and put his trade plate on so that I can attempt to sell it (the bike, not the lbmotm or his trade plate).
Oh, the GSX is neither insured, taxed or tested currently, but IS sorned, for those wondering, and of course, those not wondering as well.
And had another fart about cleaning the 550J engine that'll be going in the (you guessed it) GT550J.
Also found out why the T200 is undergeared. It has a T20 rear wheel in which has a 41T sprocket on instead of the 37T it should have. And of course there are no 37T T20 sprockets available (they have 6 hole fixings and the T200 has 4 hole fixing), so farkfarkfarkkkityFAAAARRRRKKKKKKK!!!! A wonderful day all round.
And then to top it all, me snorkelling mask kept steaming up in the local swimming pool, and I couldn't force a pint down later to cheer me up as I was driving. bolixtomondays is my current opinion.
