Just make sure the tank surface is wet so the decal can slide - if it's a transfer.
If it's sticky, you can try with water underneath the decal and slide it into place, but one it's pressed down, that's it!
Use a gentle soft sponge to press it flat and remove the water.
A professional may come up with better ideas, of course - Canaletto painted mine on.
Are you going to laquer over the decals?

:D hi alan and friends with this decal I have ,it does not have a cutaway, where the sticker goes behind the suzuki badge and screws ,would I have to cut this sticker the same as the yellow one ,does anyone know please ,my one is the silver decal .

Kev your very correct, I dont like the 550b decal ,I no it's against the purest on here ,but just the silver and blue lines are very boring, to be fair I like the look of the earlier decals kev ..

I that case Frank I dont think you need to cut any away, there is very little of it under the badge
