Re: Cabin Fever !
After suffering from the aforementioned "cabin fever" and having done just about everything there is to do around the house, garage and garden, I saw on tv and on tinternet that the government were asking for volunteers for its Goodsam scheme, which most of you will have heard of. So I took the plunge and volunteered for "check and chat"
and "shopping and prescription deliveries." Both of these categories are intended to help and assist the elderly and vulnerable and I've now been accepted and carried out my first duty. Great to be able to do my bit to help other less fortunate folk at this time of scary events and lockdown.

Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

Re: Cabin Fever !
So how many people visit you each day Steve as you are quite ancient and extremely vulnerable?
I'd volunteer to do summat like that, but I prefer stripes and don't talk much as you know.
Might try 'the plunge' though, that sounds interesting as I am a scuba diver.
Let me know how your plunging goes, or is your version just cleaning blocked sinks and toilets?

Hi Steve, do you think you could pop over to Sheffield and do a bit of shopping for me, being a poor Yorkshireman I can't afford the petrol.
