Canaletto5.....paint schemes

Post by rodent »

Kev, though I am restoring "Tetanus" back to factory  I have been considering changing up the paint scheme colours yet running with the same stripes.

My question is, have you redone paintwork with the same stripes but a variation on the colour scheme? Do you have any pics?

Hi

No, sorry I've tended to only do stock combos

^^^Nice 8-)

It's funny that you should post a pic of "Gold", I'm thinking of painting my tank close to the factory colour of Candy Red with a Gold hockey stick and the outer stripes Orange.....All three colours will have flake in them. At the end of the day it will be what my painter can do for me.

I do like a bit of flake, you can't see it in the original pic but the pic of my green car I posted but it has quite a bit of flake in the black stripe which started out as "Phantom Black".

Candy red is cool but I've only done a stock decal

I think gold/orange would look pretty good against the red
