I don't find thpeformance of my 750A all that disappointing on B roads. Another bike I've got is the darling of new bike tests the Yamaha mt07. Brakes , acceleration and handling are worse for sure but for a relaxed sunny afternoon B road ride I may still choose the GT. if you ride old British bikes, I once had a commando, it's a similar feeling of adequate performance but a satisfying connection with the past as you burble along.
