3 months to do the first tighteny-uppy bit, so it should be done about 2030 (year not time!!)
And if anyone believes that I would allow anyone to chuck perfectly good pork pies away, they must be wappy!
I've told that Ian a million times to stop exaggerating. :P
Anyway, when Ian's done the fork brace, I'll be able to take the silver painted cardboard one off the Earwig. :geek:
It got soggy t'other day when it rained, and I'm not convinced it's improved that handling at all. :?

Don't polish it too much mate, we don't want to scare the local kids.......
Looks lovely though don't it.

I wish he'd stop taking all these bloody pictures and just get it in the post!

Can you engrave 'HAAR MUCH?!' on it Ian?

Not sure about the little square holes though, can they be made a bit bigger so the forks go through

Cor blimey, no pleasing some people eh ????

Yes can engrave "Haar Much" for you you Alan, also a few £ signs randomly placed
The forks can fit through the square holes ok, the squares are 35mm A/F, only look small as the clamps are size of dust bin lids to make sure they grip ok

Alan, does this look more like it ?
No more square holes ;)

Just need to chamfer the clamps and was also going to do a chamfer around the bridge plate, you'll have to decide on what bridge plate you want, I'll send you some photos of different types when they are done
Guess I'll be on the polisher for a while :(

OOh, they look pretty.
Really looking forward to stripping the forks ( ) and fitting the brace.
Well, the last bit anyway - must be getting more laid back (or lazy) as I get used to this retirement jobby!
I suppose I'll have to polish the darn things while they're off the bike too. Hohum!
Hope I don't have to fit all 6 clamps though.
