Post by Syd »

Hello - Can anyone tell how much oil is used for each of the front forks for a 1970 Suzuki T250?

The 1970 t250 was the t250 II Hustler model which requires 220cc of SAE 39 oil

SAE 39 oil is an odd spec which might have been correct in the 70's. however I see most fork oils on the market now are either 5w, 10w, 15w or 20w oil, therefore rating what do you recommend?

If you'd like a copy of the 1972 service manual for ALL models up to (and some after then) which gives lots of 'stuff', drop me a PM.
