Hacksaw!,collapse the centre bush,dig the rotten rubber out(it's amazing how strong" rotten " rubber is) then weaken the outer bush with hacksaw and chisel the bush out,time consuming boring job,

2 sockets and a long bolt.

Hi,I've tried both methods.....hacksaw very effective,just make sure you don't nick the frame with the hacksaw blade :oops:

Use the sockets as a puller with the bolt and nuts yes?

Yup. One socket each side and it'll push tbe bush out of the frame and into the other socket.

Last set I had to remove had bonded with a nice seal of rust so they had to be sawn out. New ones greased up pulled in with allthread and a couple of sockets.
