I't sounds like the starter clutch is no longer working.

Re: What is wrong with this starter
There is a problem with the starter but I think there is also an engine problem this bike should start on the kickstarter?
There seems to be plenty of power and spin to the starter motor but I would pull the clutch cover off and have a good look at both the idler gear and the starter clutch. It is quite common for the idler gear bolts to work loose causing it to wobble.

Re: What is wrong with this starter
just had a listen to this on the ipad Got no volume on the laptop,
i agree it sounds like the starter gear is clattering, I also think there's an engine problem,
Sounds like it may be crankshaft oilseals.

Re: What is wrong with this starter
I reckon that the starting technique needs improving.
When you hit the starter, operate the choke lever on the left carb at the same time. When the engine fires, let go the choke and if the engine 'fades', then just operate the choke for a couple of seconds until the engine runs. Don't rev it too much (2000 - 3000 rpm) until it has a bit of heat in the barrels. An air cooled two stroke doesn't like to idle until it's at least a 'bit' warm. If it does, it's running rich - yours won't run rich as it doesn't have an air filter fitted. This will affect starting and slow running especially when cold.
An air cooled two stroke needs some choke when starting a cold engine, whether electric or kick start, especially if you don't have an air filter, which then makes the carburation 'weak'.
That's why Suzuki put the start button on the right handlebar, so you can operate the button and throttle with the right hand, and the choke with the left when starting a cold engine.
If you use kick, again, use choke if the engine is cold, and get yourself balanced so you can get a decent kick to start the bike.
Heavier shoes are better than sandals to kickstart a bike.
Fit a rubber on the kickstart so it's easier on your foot, or if it kicks back with soft shoes.
I noticed that it spat back once. Is the timing correct?
Properly timed 550s DO NOT spit back.
Battery is good, but the starter misses occasionally, so if that was my bike, I'd take off the clutch cover and check that the starter clutch and starter gear is OK.
The starter sounds OK and seems to have plenty of power.
The engine should be OK, and I don't think seals are the problem.
Oh, and if you wish to start the bike while wearing shorts and sandals, you might need longer socks!
I think you did very well not recording the swearing while trying to start the bike.

Proof that four strokes are over complicated

Re: What is wrong with this starter
He spit because the carburettor was broken. I've already fixed it. It does not spit. When the engine started it works not bad.

I managed to drive it too, Gears and clutch walked correctly:

I will check the starter clutch, as you advise. Thank you very much, guys.
