This is what you need to look for on your starter clutch

I hope it will not be so bad. Thanks barney01 . I'm getting to work. I probably need specialist tools.

The only special tool needed is
https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/EBC-CLUTCH-BAS ... Swxp9W5-HR
Used to hold the clutch so you can undo the big nut.
There are other ways of doing this though

I have another problem. When I removed the cover, I turned the crankshaft. And now the ignition can be switched. How to put it together quickly? How to check it:?:

I think he'll have turned the cam on the outer end and doesn't know of the cut out that has to line up with the locator on the crankshaft itself.
Just try to fit the cover Tato, and slowly turn the points cam until the pin and cutout line up.
If you look at the drive gear on the end of the crankshaft, it has a pin facing outwards, next to the big nut. This has to align with the cutout in the 'cup' behind the poi ts cam.
I usually turn them both to the top so it goes straight on.
The timing is exactly as it was originally then.
Proof that four strokes are over complicated

That's exactly what I mean, Al. After each full rotation of the shaft, the pistons are in the same position, right? I'm sorry, I'm a very bad mechanic  :D
The pin (the one that facing outward) must fold with the cutout? And that's enough? It's. easy :D
I forgot - it is a 2 stroke engine  Ignition is always when the piston is in the upper position

Yes.

Not knowing doesn't make you a bad person!

That's correct. But it doesn't fold - it just lines up and the pin goes into the cutout. Your translator needs a small slap!
I forgot - it is a 2 stroke engine  Ignition is always when the piston is in the upper position. Just before top, but quite close.

Alan H what does it mean "lines up and the pin goes into the cutout". I don't know if I understand correctly. My language is very bad  just like my knowledge of mechanics.

The space on the points drive cup (picture 1 ) goes over the pin on the primary drive gear (picture 2) this is how the shaft is turned.
