I added a washer and the starter is no longer loose (see the video). I don't know what size should have the washer. I gave it like in the pictures.

How I can check that the starter clutch and starter gear is OK?

And last question: How do i remove these pins?

The kickstarter would be loose without that washer to hold it in place! It is not critical what size it is as it does the job. There should have been one there originally. You need to look at the starter clutch to check everything looks okay. No cracks or loose parts. The idler gear which connects the end of the starter motor to the starter clutch sometimes work loose. Check the bolts that hold it to the crankcase are tight. Don't know about those pins. Why do you want to remove them? It looks to me that you are not supposed to.

They are the SRIS connectors and cannot be removed. What do you mean when you say you are doing a new Nikasil?

Nikasil is applied by immersion in a liquid. The process is very complicated and the cylinder itself, before bathing and covering, must undergo several cleaning phases and protect non-coated parts. Did anyone send Barrels to Langecourt? I probably send barrels to the Czech Republic.

I understand. The SRIS pipes cannot be removed so must be protected with a cover during the process of new Nikasil

Well, I think I've found the reason for my starter clutch problem. First, I found something like that:

Then I saw this:

What happened here? Does anyone know? :?

Yes this is a very common problem. You need to remove the clutch and then the starter clutch. You will see that the rollers have broken up. You have to check that no other damage has been caused and that the starter clutch gear wheel has no cracks
Then if it is alright you need to buy and install these
