Hi again
Ok Iv fitted new ebc pads along with cylinder and seals .
The levar feels good and they release well.
You can clearly see the full right hand pad. The left hand pad is nicely greased on its sides and slides back and fourth within its holder which in turn is bolted to the fork leg .
The thing is I can hardley see any of the left hand pad is this normal for new pads ??
Its a 1973 caliper
Any thoughts welcome.

Hi
Iv been looking and thinking about this ( dangerous I know)
The disc and the left hand pad holder which is fixed to the fork leg are 100% fixed in location to each other so...
The left hand pad must simply be extruded through wear by the caliper cylinder on the disc.
I think?? :)

Yes, it's fine mate. As the pad wears you will eventually see the red line which tells you to replace it. Kev
