Make sure the correct points are firing the correct plug when it gets to just before TDC.
If you've fitted the points plate 120 degrees out or connected the wrong wires from points to harness..........
Recheck the timing too. Don't just assume it's ok. Did you line up the slot properly when you fitted the clutch cover?
Have you tried (filter sides off on late airbox, filter off on early airbox) a squirt of easy start up the chuff of each carb? If it doesn't fire then (only open the throttle a bit) it's timing. First start you're better off with a grade hotter plug to get it going, then proper plugs when it settles down. I take it that there actually is fresh petrol getting to the carbs? In 'prime' position and the inline tap is 'on'.
If you've got clear fuel pipe from tap to filter/carbs you can see it running through when in prime.
Take it to a bike shop? You've too much money, and they'll shitabrick when they get something with points on it......
Proof that four strokes are over complicated

Just checking that you haven't been using emery paper to clean the points? They have a special plating on them now and wont fire is they are damaged. Use a small clean piece of card only
