Your question did not translate very good but I think you are saying that the clutch does not work because there is no oil in the gearbox. It should still work and it is probably because the cable needs proper adjustment. You could put oil in to see if it works then?

I try to explain, if I operate the lever of the starting with the clutch lever in action, the start up is on, while it should be free to go down, maybe you have a post where to read or video to see the right adjustment of the clutch . Thank you

To use this instrument first start motor and get engine warm with choke off.
Then use the throttle adjuster on the handlebar to get engine running at 3000 rpm. Then use the meter in the back of each carb to set the all the same using the throttle valve adjuster on the carb top. Then return the engine to idle and do the same.
