No nylon points gear behind this one ? After researching, that only applies to 380’s. If I’m not mistaken.

I found the problem, fixing it is another issue. The two idler screws are infact the problem. Neither had thread lock on them. Top one was backed out a little and the bottom hole has 2 cracks on the aluminum causing slight movement there too. The cracks must be a common issue as I found a couple similar threads on the internet, I really don’t know how I’m going to do to fix it. One screws threads are warped and I can’t even imagine where to find one the right length ? Only way I see fixing two little cracks is tearing the dam motor apart and replace lower half. What a bummer
