T500 regulator/rectifier
Has anyone fitted one of the combined units that Rex speed shop sell ? I have an intermittent fault where the bike will suddenly overcharge and blow the fuse - it will do it two or three times in quick succession and then it wont do it again for months - checked all the wiring ,fitted new ignition switch so all I can think of is rec or reg - also noted that I am only getting 10volts at the rear tail/ brake light feeds - anyone got any ideas ?

Hi Malky.
I fitted an electrex one to my kettle (from discount bike spares and still available elsewhere)
it was easy to fit and it’s been fine.
I did run a separate earth wire for extra insurance as earthing issues had caused
the original rectifier to burn out.
