0.5mm Over Pistons

Post by TGladders »

Evening all, I'm looking for some 0.5mm oversized pistons for my 550 iron bore. I cant find any in stock for love nor money. There is some 1mm overs available from cruzin but I'd rather not bore out to that size if I don't have to.

Does anyone have a set kicking about?

Cheers, Tom

You're right Al you have, but no one has any stock. I've spoken to Cruzin and he's got no stock of 0.5 overs. Rang IMD, no pistons, can't get any either (surprise surprise). They don't make their own yet.

So... that leads me back to my question of anyone having a spare set kicking about that they would like to sell

I might have a full set of 6 standard rings (not new though), but they're in the garage and I'm not, so they'll not get checked until tomorrow earliest.
What are your bores and current pistons like?
I've just sold a set of standard barrel/piston/rings etc. but it depends what you actually need barrel wise too as I have others.
