sold her a couple years ago. should have kept it.
this to was an model but did it up to suit my taste.
I wasn't bothered about originality nor now.
I'd to buy another but the prices have shot up which put me off.
anyway here she is or was last time I seen her.
and yes I made the crash bars as well as the rack.

+1 on that cracking bike John - I see what you mean with the prices going up-I think the T500 is starting to get more sought after they seem to crop up everwhere now - for years mine was the only one I had seen.

at the time I had 3 bikes in my garage and fighting for space so I sold one.
but I was riding my Fazer 600 more and every time I took the 500 out I nearly came a cropper a few times and felt at the time ...
sooner or later I wont make that bl**dy corner and maybe crash into an on coming car.
so I decided to sell the 500.
the times I did ride her got told shouldn't be on the road ,in the living room thats where it belongs.
cost me nearly 3 grand in all to buying and restore.
bought it for £450.try that now
I've thought of buying a GT500 as they are cheaper at the moment.
and others might be bothered but it wouldn't bother me if I made it look like the T500.
I got offered a 650 shaft Katana in fairly good nick just needs 1 coil sorting out ,price ..£500
but hence I've got no space

Re: my ol bike!was
Could help you there? My bike m.o.t garage, the owner has a red 500, and i look a it, and say.. so what you going to do with the 500 then? He said i might sell it i don't know? what there worth. and i've got it on test since i changed the oil pump. I'm waiting till he gets fed up, of me asking and get it. i have a large garage, and could put it with the others, at the back covered up. but not that fussed, as i'm into 750 j's and zed's. But it seems a shame leaving it there, coverd up. at least i would restore it! It's all running and of coarse has a m.o.t .
Could ask tomorrow , (if he still has it) as he wants to put my switch refurbish service on his notice board, as he has a few customers with kettles. and i'm a nice guy.
PM if you want me to ask him.

thanks for the offer.
I have to sell ER6F 1st.
if I didn't have that I would definatly be interested but also depend in what condition and price.
