Earwig - o again. It does say this quite clearly in the very first post.
Obviously, some people don't have my 'take' on the world (probably a good thing really.)

Or for those who can't spoke proper England.

Got me wheels back - pics to follow.
Started fitting wheel bearings etc and (natch!) I've got the wrong rear wheel bearings. Bugger.
So fitted swing arm bearings instead, ordering new Dunlops and the seat.
Now I can get the paintwork arranged.
As soon as I have tyres fitted and both wheels in, I can get the engine back in and progress will be made!!

Woohoo!!!

Oh what joy. I knew I needed a rear (chrome part) rear mudguard, and it looks like a good one is a stupid price.
I wonder if it's because it's the same as the late GT750?
Well, (as you may guess) I ain't paying that sort of silly money so it'll be plan F.
And of course the plastic part catches on the GS swing arm, so that will need some aggro as well.
Good job I didn't expect it to be straightforward.......

Proper wheel bearings now here and swing arm fitted. I'm having all the discs drilled and it appears it won't be cheap due to them being so hard. So it looks like the professional job that was going to happen now won't.
Strange how there doesn't seem to be any sensibly priced decent SV650 brake and clutch controls when I need some.
Some other bits in the post this week and more to come, so next week I will hopefully get the paintwork arranged.
What could possibly go wrong?
