How do you recognize a worn out Nicasil? I removed the head. The right cylinder is cast iron. Two other Nicasil, and on the side of the exhaust valve, I can feel the furrows under my finger.

Nicasil barrel:

The heads are more porous on the right cylinder side. Why?

I bought a couch in good condition for little money. :P

I decided to completely renovate the engine. Need part Nr. 12511-34000 crank plate oil guide. One is fit. The rest are broken. The part is no longer available in Suzuki. Robinson Foundry, Francos, CMSNL and GTReiner don't have it. I'm asking Marcel in Holland yet. Any ideas? :(
