Split head caper, restore or not restore, that is the question?

Here you can post a picture of you and your bike. Also where you are located and if you are prepared to give local kettle owners some of your time and experience. Please don't do discussions here just some facts about yourself. This was Glens idea! Thanks BAZ

Hi,maybe the extra cooling capacity was done as Suzuki thought the bike may over heat in other markets with hotter climates ?
I've seen a few GT's in Sydney with the split heads, all have been sourced from second hand markets in Japan.
Cheers.

Looking at the photos.. The condition says it all... Leave me as I am.. It's done in the Japanese market colours, ( wich we never had that colour here in the uk) There's a few things that might need addressing.. One is the nail varnish tank badges, could do with re-doing, the switch gear could fail, with years of use, and age ( but carn't tell ) but all in all, looks in good shape.. Is that a zed 900 in the second photos at the back?.. :D
