bottom yoke colour.

Post by nairb123 »

Am I right in thinking that the top yoke (gt750) is in satin black. Is the bottom yoke the same colour as the frame... gloss black?.

Are the handle bar clamps also in satin black. I guess they would look odd if not.

Why? Do you want a chrome one?

Now I am confused, not difficult. So the top yoke is supposed to be in satin which I thought was true.. but the part number (L model)
for the top yoke is 51311-31700-019 where the last 3 digits is the suzuki colour code which for 019 is black or gloss black.

Chrome it is not...

I know after 40 odd years the suzuki gloss black can "Look" satin. Do all those show bikes out there have satin top yokes... looks better that way, anyway.

No. It shouldn't be chrome. But the one on the J is and it'll end up black if no-one wants a slightly rusty chrome one......
