Hi all
Had a quick search but could not find any info on replacement coils for my GT750A (its now classed has "an Historic vehicle....I just think its old)anyway does any one know of where to obtain any with out taking out another mortgage!!!!!!!
The only one I am having a problem with is the RH one,I replaced the HT lead a couple of years ago and all was fine up to about a month ago when it would cut out intermittently ,now it will tick over but when you up the revs in cuts out,I have reset the ignition(electronic) and checked the carbs and balanced them.

There are also plenty of used genuine ones on Ebay etc for about the same price. Are you sure the coil has failed? It is unusual for these to fail. If they do they fail, they fail absolutely not intermittently. Did you use pure copper cable on the new HT leads or modern carbon resistive c**p stuff? I would have a bash at replacing the HT lead (pure copper) again first before shelling out on new coils.
