Set back

Filled tank with citric acid to clean and it sprung a leak,managed to find a stick of brass in the garage so hopefully it is sorted.

It's a bugg*r when that happens but at least you know it is sorted. That's why I like using citric acid though, it soon finds any weak spots. Kev

After numerous attempts to brass the tank I have had to admit defeat as soon as I fix one leak another one appears as the tank is perforated. So purchased a tank from KBat a very reasonable price, at first sight it didn't look much apart from rusty. With a bit of work the result is looking good just needs decals fitting now and a bit more clear coat to finish.
