QUiCK help

Post by Porschekz »

Hi gents,
I'm having trouble with the fuel petcock mebrane of my GT 750 J 72' Model. It is damaged with a few mm punctured mark and therefoe the fuel leaks through it.
Since I dont' finding this spare part on the market and I'd like to keep this original design but the replacement for a new original petcock is derrent, does you have experience repairing (it i.e cementint a smal patch with any special oil resistant cement ..) or any alternative (may be adapt other petcock membrane....) to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance for any proven solution being sggested.
Cheers, Juan
