Guys,

As some of you may be aware from my previous thread I am having an overheating issue with my 750. I have now got the new thermostat and rad cap along with some hose for the radiator overflow.

My question is where should I route the overflow hose to,and where should it finally exit beneath the bike.

Thanks,

Bob

Only just seen this post and surprised it's not been answered. The Haynes manual should show this, but if not my overflow hose is fastened along the frame with Suzuki tie wraps, towards the rear of the bike and then travels down in front of the battery box exiting in front of and just below the swinging arm and I think there's a bendable clip on the swinging arm to hold it in place. Did you sort the overheating? I had the same problem caused by a blocked rad', couldn't clear it so fitted an aftermarket rad' and alls well.
