Oh I do have lots of friends, but they have learned not to try and take the urine

Otherwise the fallout is painful.
If the lackeys showed respect, they got looked after, if they didn't, a P45 suddenly appeared in their pint pot or burger sarnie.
This has worked (for me, anyway) for many years since I have had positions of authority.
Can't see a problem really?
Anyway, you told me that we were very similar in this outlook.
