Oh I do have lots of friends, but they have learned not to try and take the urine (I didn't say, urine, I said pis$), so there Mizzy.
Otherwise the fallout is painful.
If the lackeys showed respect, they got looked after, if they didn't, a P45 suddenly appeared in their pint pot or burger sarnie.
This has worked (for me, anyway) for many years since I have had positions of authority.
Can't see a problem really? :?
Anyway, you told me that we were very similar in this outlook. 8-)
