Hi All
This is my first effort on restoring a 550 it seems to be going together nicely. I have ordered the exhausts from Higgspeed so have got a six week wait now.

That's a stunner Keith and the colour is amazing, show us more pic's when it's finished.
P.S. I wasn't implying that your bike doesn't look "finished", I just meant when the new exhausts are fitted.
P.P.S. just trying not to upset anyone else today.

Look, my paintwork hasn't got "Fish scales" they're "Dragon scales" right!!! However, after some thought, I will accept "Black Marlin" or "Swordfish", but definitely not "Haddock" or "Cod".

The blue 550J's were nearly as fast as the Gold ones 'back in the day'!

An extra cylinder plus an extra 50cc and still no quicker than a T500, even a blue oneAlan H wrote:The blue 550J's were nearly as fast as the Gold ones 'back in the day'!

Less issues for the dicky knees when you're trying to start 'em with the 'wrong foot' though.PaulD738 wrote: An extra cylinder plus an extra 50cc and still no quicker than a T500, even a blue one
