wiring loom.

Post by didge »

I was talking to Mark and Baz at the Brissle show about wiring looms, "Crooks Suzuki" has been suggested, as has "Paul millers" in the USA, but someone else mentioned that "Robinsons Suzuki" in Kent has bought out "spares direct" and will be the best bet.

I'm gonna have a phone round in the week, I'll let ya know what they all said.

Robinsons are excellent and know the demand for vintage GT parts (they are my local Suzuki dealer luckily!). Michele cannot be beaten for in depth knowledge too.
GTReiner1@aol.com is another possible supplier, and he carries main looms top and bottom in stock now.
Cheers,
Mike

I rang Robinsons Suzuki this morning, the two part loom was £86.00 for one part, £62 for the other, plus vat = £165.50, I would imagine a fiver would cover postage so call it £170.
I emailed Paul miller, £109 to the door. I asked him if I bought a pair of mirror cushions if he'd drop 'em in the jiffy bag to save me the postage, "course I can" came the reply.
I think Mr Miller will be hearing from me again.
(can I assume the USA loom IS the same as ours, PLEASE say yes)
