I try to avoid any identification with work. You know how sensitive I am so I try to avoid any upsets..........
I think the government should employ you as their Minister of sensitivity and political correctness ;)

I'd vote for you.

Started pinching bits off this for the A now.
Forks fitted and replaced with old ones. Some electrics ready to be shined up. Might have the sprockets too - have to check how good they are and if the rear one will fit the GS wheel. I just wish it would get warmer and less windy so that I can get in the garage without having to get the K out in rain.

Pinched the clocks off this for the earwig, but not too good, so it looks like they'll be going to Barbados for a holiday in the next couple of weeks with the other set off the Earwig.

Four and a half years after I bought the Red 'un, it has been sold as a 'project'.
I bought it as a 'spares' bike, and had quite a few bits off for the Green Meanie, Earwig and Yeti, so I'm happy with how it's turned out.
The new owner isn't expecting to do anything with it for the short term future, but is going to decide whether to try for a proper registration from the DVLA by getting a dating cert from the VJMC, or just a new frame with a V5. It's currently a L frame and a very late K engine.
I part stripped a spare engine from Baz's and it's basically all there-ish, crank bearings feel OK and although some wires are cut, there's enough to recrimp as necessary. I'll sort a few more bits out so that he won't have too many shocks, but there's no guaranteeing a crank is there?
So that's me down to 'only' 2xGT550s, 2xT/TS200s, a Hippo and a GSX1400.
The big 'un will be advertised soon when I've finished polishing stuff, so I'll only have 5 in the garage then - unless I thin the herd some more........... :tw
