T500 Carbs?

Post by jazwood »

Hi, i've just purchased a GT500, already have the little bro GT250
The purchase came with a lot of parts some T500 some GT.
Can anyone identify these carbs - to small for gt500 i think? Think they're T500 but not sure - i've listed them on eBay

Measure the inlet side and I might be able to tell you if they are off a T500
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

It's the inside diameter of the inlet side that you measure!
If they are of a T500 they will either be 32 or 34mm. Looking at the pics though the float bowls look too shallow? Plus I've never seen a set of T500 carbs with plastic floats? All the ones I've seen are brass.
