Lovely intro, enjoyed reading every bit of that. I'm still pondering the carb jetting on my GT550A having found it had 107.5, 105, 105 in it. Left to right that is. I have put 102.5 in all three as a bench mark for now, but will be doing some plug chops when the weather improves.

Too much worrying about 'correct' jetting IMO. If the bike runs OK, just ride it.

Alan, Harry, I use the good old 'seat of pants dyno'. If it feels right through all throttle openings, it probably is.
