hi
I have opened up the clocks from my X7 rebuild for re furb etc.
I have sent the clock faces off to Graham at Image Works, he is going to scan them and manufacture copies for me,
does anyone know how to remove the knob and spindle on the speedo so I can remove the mechanism from the housing,
cheers, john

Hi John,
I'm sure some of the spindles have a left hand thread. Once you remove the centre screw hold the spindle and turn the plastic knob clockwise.
Regards
Martin.

hi
top marks to Kev, the knob came off as it was on as a push fit on splines, I just used the same procedure as I used to remove the needles, using the fork method,
john.
