By the time the B was on sale, as the UK was about the only place still buying two strokes, many continental destined models were diverted to the UK. Some had US clocks in MPH retrofitted and some had dual scale clocks fitted (MPH and KMH). I don't think there was really such a thing as a "Standard" clock for the B depends where it came from and who supplied it.

2SJ,
I once had a UK GT750B, and my archive pics show brown speedo with dual scale, like yours.
Cheers,
Mike
ps: the GT550B definitely came with either MPH or dual scale brown clocks. As said, it probably depends on what was being supplied at build time. They were all Nippon Seiki, I think.
