Have just fitted a GSXR 1000 BACK END.

Looks good, did you do the work yourself, what else are you planning for it? I was considering doing something similar to mine

Hi Grant. As much as i would have loved to have done it i got a bloke who is a registered welder incase M.O.T ask who done the welding.. Going to put a GSXR 1100 front end on it. Puting a set of Higgspeeds GP pipes .Have an engine siting on the bench ready to rebuild. Might have it on the road by the summer if everything gos to plan.

That chainline is going to be interesting to sort.

Getting a tophat main drive sprocket made to line up to the back sprocket.

I dunno about a top hat sprocket, your gonna need an outrigger shaft & bearing to get that to work :oops:
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

Sounds like a great project, have seen a few with gixer 1000 front and rear ends but not with the 1100 unit, make sure you post more pics as you get on with it

Just an update on project. Got frame back. Waiting on a set of GP pipes from Higgspeed to make sure they line up with back down brackets. Then of to get frame to get painted. .
