Nice one. What are the pipes? and how did you get the chain aligned - thinner rear end or offset sprocket?

Jim Lomas pipes,
rear end is a Honda cbr 400rr, I had to move the swing arm over as far to the left as possible, then machine the sprocket carrier face to line up with the drive sprocket, fits perfectly

Nice pipes. Jim Lomas makes good stuff. How do you like them?

400 Honda parts are not readily available in the US, so I have a 5.5" GSXR wheel in TL100 swingarm on one project and that needs a change in sprocket carrier plus an offset sprocket. We're fitting a 6" R1 wheel in the drag bike and as soon as the frame is welded I can start to look at how the heck that chain will fit.

Did the swingarm fit straight in or did it take a lot of machining? GSXR arms are wide and have to be machined, the TL arm dropped straight in. All I had to do was to open up the pivot points in the frame and tap to a new size.

I'd be interested to see your blog or build thread or pictures of the build.
