deciding how to get the lens out of my gauges well this it what i came up with make a hole in lens then trim lens to as close to housing and then with some foam cleaner spray around the top of housing wait ten minutes and then with sharp knife dig in to the lens and hay presto its out dont forget to clean the foam cleaner of the housing the housing was all ready cracked so a little repair needed

I used a dremel to cut away the edge of the lens after cutting out all the centre partand then just prise it out of the groove. A thin white O ring made of cut to size white rubber stuff then a smear of silicone sealer holds the replacement glass.
Baz has correct sized glasses if you can't get any locally to you.

That's why I put a thin O ring under the glass.
