That's the carbs vapour blasted, ultrasounded, new jets and needles and Baz's shiny bits to top it off :D

So, quick update. Camshafts and tensioners fitted, clutch and clutch cover sorted and clutch set up. Starter motor tested and cover fitted. Drive chain fitted. Next jobs, carbs, points assembly, cam cover, coils and plugs, exhausts. After that, test fire :o

Looking good, best of luck with the test fire, hopefully it'll fire up straightaway.

Make sure it's only fire

perhaps putting the big lumpy thing in the frame will help to stop it escaping?

Well, this is the first set of stripes I've fitted that need joining at both ends. What a bloody faff!

Needed a bit of nifty scissor work to get it there but all seems well. Ready for lacquering I fink :)

Looking good Kev, you've definatley got a flair for this painting lark 8-)
They're rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!
